3. This Promotional Offer is open to all residents of the Republic of South Africa who are in possession of a valid identity document, except any person who is-
3.1 a director, member, partner, spouse, life partner, immediate family member, employee or agent of, or consultant to the Promoter(s) or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, the Promoter(s); or
3.2 a director, member, partner, spouse, life partner, immediate family member, employee or agent of, or consultant to the supplier of goods or services in connection with the Promotional Offer.
3.3 anyone who within a period of 183 days preceding this Promotional Offer has won any Promotional Offer organised, promoted, or conducted by Promoter(s), or who resides at the same address as such a winner, or who uses the same telephone number to enter this Promotional Offer.

6. Participants can enter the Promotional Offer by purchasing any pair of full price Samoa footwear (“Samoa”) from Studio 88.
6.1 Upon purchase of the first pair of Samoa’s in any size, the customer purchasing the first pair of Samoa will be given a scratch card to be eligible to purchase their second pair of Samoa’s at a cost of R28.00 (twenty eight rand) inclusive of VAT.
6.2 The scratch card can only be redeemed in store at the time of the original purchase by the customer of the first pair of Samoa’s. The scratch card cannot be redeemed for any other purchases and cannot be used at any other time and is thus valid for a maximum period of 1 hour from time of purchase of the first pair of Samoa’s purchase.
6.3 The promotion is limited to one purchase and one scratch card per customer.
6.4 The promotional offer is limited to 544 pairs country-wide and is subject to availability of size.

6.6 Any returns of Samoa will require the receipt and is at the store managers discretion to provide an exchange.

7. The promotional offer is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying adidas and Studio 88 in writing or by registering a block on any registry which adidas and Studio 88 are bound by law to recognise. adidas and Studio 88 will not charge you a fee to update this request on its systems. adidas and Studio 88 will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.
