Terms and Conditions:
- This competition applies to all Studio 88 stores within the Republic of South Africa, and only residents of South Africa are eligible to win.
- The competition will run from 1 September to 6 January 2025.
- Only lay-bys completed in November or December 2024 will be eligible for the random draw.
- Winners will be announced weekly.
- To qualify, participants must complete their lay-by payments by 30 November or 31 December 2024.
- The individual initiating and paying off the lay-by is considered the entrant to the competition and will be the prize winner if selected.
- Winners will be contacted directly.
- Prizes must be collected from a pre-agreed Studio 88 store.
- Only individuals over the age of 18 are eligible to enter the competition.
- Unlimited entries are allowed.
- The decision of the selected winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
- Prize winners must present a valid ID, driver's license, or passport when collecting their prize.
- By entering this competition, all participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Employees of Studio 88 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter the competition.
- Studio 88 reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in case of technical or other difficulties that may compromise its integrity.
- Studio 88 is not responsible for any difficulties that may arise in an attempt to participate in this competition.
- The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these terms and conditions, and participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
- The competition is only open to South African citizens.
- If you complete your layby by 30 November you are eligible to be entered into the draw that will be announced on the 5th of December.
- If you complete your layby by 31 December you are eligible to be entered the draw that will be announced on the 6th January.
