Enter the #DesignCover88 competition by designing 25K’s next Single Cover. The winning design selected by 25K will feature as the cover of his next single to be released 26 June 2020. Oh, and you also get to win yourself a R5000 shopping voucher at Studio 88.

#DesignCover88 Competition Terms and Conditions
1. This competition runs from 1 June 2020 to midnight, Wednesday, 17 June 2020 (“closing date”)
1.1. Top 8 Semi-finalists to be announced 19 June 2020,
1.2. The Winner will be contacted 24 June 2020, and
1.3. The Winner will be announced on 26 June April 2020, on the Studio 88 social media platforms.
2. The promoter is the Studio 88 (“Studio 88”) Group of Companies, whose registered office is, Aeroton Business Park, 30 O'Connor Place, Aeroton, Johannesburg, 2013.
3. This competition is open to all residents of the Republic of South Africa who are in possession of a valid identity document, except any person who is a director, member, partner, spouse, life partner, immediate family member, employee or agent of, or consultant to the promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, the promoter.
4. To enter and stand a chance to win, a participant must be 18 years old at the date of entry.
5. By entering this competition, you agree to comply and abide with these terms and conditions.
6. By submitting your entry on Twitter and using the hashtag #DesignCover88 and tagging @thereal_25K and @studio_88 to qualify as an entry, you agree to release all usage rights to the image whatsoever.
7. Entry Mechanism: Twitter
- Entry: This component of the competition commences on 1 June 2020 and ends 17 June 2020. Entrants are able to submit more than one entry on Twitter by using the #DesignCover88 and to tag @thereal_25K and @studio_88. The TOP 8 designs will be selected by the Studio 88 and 25K’s teams. This decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into thereafter.
- Build: From 19 – 24 June 2020 the Top 8 semi-finalists are encouraged to garner votes in the form of RT’s by continuing to use the #DesignCover88 and tagging @thereal_25K and @studio_88. Each of the 8 winners will receive a R500.00 Studio 88 Shopping Voucher. The entry of the TOP 8 semi-finalists (designs) that receives the most RT’s of their album design on Twitter will receive a R2000.00 Shopping Voucher from Studio 88.
- Winner: The winner will be contacted 24 June by Studio 88. The winning design will be selected by 25K from the TOP 8 semi-finalists. He will also take into account the popularity in the form of RT’s received on Twitter. The winning design will be the cover of his next single release “Gettoho Angels” to be released 26 Jane 2020. The winner will also receive a R5000.00 shopping voucher from Studio 88. NOTE: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TWITTER, FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM. You agree that you are submitting your entry to the owner of the business page and not to platform themselves.
8. Should the winner not be contactable on 24 June 2020, then 25K will select an alternate favourite design as his single release cover.
9. The R5000.00 voucher is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The winner has to claim their prize within seven days of winners contact.
10. Except in so far as is provided for in the Act 68 of 2008, the judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Studio 88 reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Studio 88 and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against adidas.
12. The Promoter will collect and use your personal data listed herein in order to enable your participation in this Competition and for related online activities. Your personal data will be used to enter you in this Competition and for the Promoter’s marketing purposes. We do not allow third parties to use your personal information.
13. All entrants indemnify the Promoter, its advisers, suppliers, and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages or losses resulting from their participation in this Competition arising from negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter.
14. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Promoter on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Competition or downloading any materials in this Competition.
