By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern the Orlando Pirates 2026/27 Gold Jersey competition run by Studio 88 in partnership with adidas South Africa (Pty) Ltd.
- Competition Period
The competition opens at 00:00 on Thursday, 30 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Friday, 04 September 2026 (the “Closing Date”), being a period of five (5) weeks.
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.
- Promoters
- The promoters are Studio 88 (a division of Blue Falcon Group) , whose registered office is 30 O’Connor PI, Aeroton, Johannesburg South 2013 and adidas South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“adidas”) whose registered office is 2nd Floor, Unit 2C, Black River Park, North Park, Fir Road, Observatory, 7925, Cape Town (together, the “Promoters”).
- The Promoters’ decisions are final and binding in all respects, subject to applicable law.
- Eligibility
- The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older who are in possession of a valid South African identity document.
- The following persons are excluded from participation: directors, members, partners, spouses, life partners, immediate family members, employees, agents or consultants of the Promoters, or any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Promoters; and directors, members, partners, spouses, life partners, immediate family members, employees, agents or consultants of any supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition.
- How to Enter
- Purchase the new Orlando Pirates 2026/27 Home and/or Away jersey from a participating Studio 88 store or online at studio-88.co.za during the Competition Period.
- Scan the competition QR code or send a WhatsApp message to 060 012 6858 and upload proof of purchase.
- Each entry must include the participant’s full name, surname, email address, contact number and ID number together with a clear copy of the till slip or online order confirmation.
- Each qualifying purchase, supported by a unique till slip or order number, constitutes one entry.
- Prizes
Five (5) winners will each receive the following prize package:
- Meet and greet Orlando Pirates players
- One (1) signed 2026/27 Gold Jersey;
- Two (2) suite tickets to an Orlando Pirates Derby Game, subject to fixture release and availability.
- R5 000 cash prize
- R5 000 Studio 88 voucher redeemable exclusively for adidas-branded apparel and/or footwear.
- Winner Selection and Prize Fulfilment
- Each week one winner will be selected during the competition period.
- The cash prize and Studio 88 voucher will be issued to the winners first, after winner verification.
- The meet and greet and the derby suite tickets will be arranged separately once the game fixture release has been confirmed.
- If a winner fails to respond, cannot be verified, or cannot satisfy the eligibility requirements, the Promoters may disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.
- Voucher Conditions
- The R5 000 Studio 88 voucher is restricted to adidas-branded apparel and/or footwear only.
- The voucher may not be used for any other brand, product category, cash substitution, account credit, transfer or resale.
- The voucher is subject to Studio 88’s standard voucher terms and the applicable store policy at the time of redemption.
- General Prize Conditions
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available in respect of any prize component, unless required by law.
- Any travel, spending money, or additional costs not expressly included in the prize package will be for the winner’s own account.
- The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any prize component with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.
- Publicity and Content Release
By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Promoters and their authorised partners may capture and use their name, image, likeness, voice and participation in photographs, video, social media and other promotional materials for marketing purposes, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
- Variation, Suspension or Cancellation
The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the competition, or any part of it, at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law and without prior notice where permitted.
- Privacy and Data Usage
Personal information collected for this competition will be used solely to administer the competition, verify entries, contact winners and fulfil the prizes, unless further consent is obtained.
Participants may opt out of direct marketing communications in accordance with applicable law.
- Liability and Governing Law
The Promoters are not responsible for technical failures, network issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other matter beyond their reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.
This competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
