1. This Promotion runs from (09h00) on 8 December 2023 while stocks last.
2. The Promoters are Studio 88 Group of Companies, whose registered office is Aeroton Business Park, 30 O'Connor Place, Aeroton, Johannesburg, 2013, South Africa.
3. The total amount of The North Face Caps that will be gifted with purchasing The North Face merchandise online (Kids Included) is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis while stock lasts.
4. This Promotion is open to anyone who purchases The North Face merchandise online at participating Studio 88 stores.
5. To claim the Gift with purchase, customers are required to purchase The North Face Merchandise online at Studio 88.
6. Qualifying purchases will receive their GWP (Gift With Purchase) upon online purchase delivery. (based on stock availability).
7. Only 1 GWP/Cap will be awarded per The North Face Merchandise purchase. Note that the availability is on a first come - first served basis whilst stocks last.
8. Exclusions from the Gift with purchase
   1. Any purchase of The North Face made on lay-buy.
9. Any purchase of The North Face that is returned.
   1. If a return of The North Face items is made other than due to a defect, the GWP must be returned in the original condition in which it was received. If the GWP is not returned or not returned in its original condition (that is not reusable), the return will not be accepted or processed.
10. The Gift with purchase is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
11. The Gift must be claimed at the time of purchase; failure to claim the Gift will result in the Gift being forfeited.
12. Studio 88 reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Promotion and any gift, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice.
