PURCHASES

Does your website offer online purchasing?

Not at this time, the current website is a dedicated product catalog which allows you to view in store product collections as well as prices, store lists along with interesting blogs.

Do you offer store credit?

Unfortunately not, Studio 88 does however offer a lay-bye option at our stores. The lay-bye period falls over a period of three (3) months. A minimum of 10% deposit is required and the outstanding amount is to be paid in full over the next two (2) months. Note: full payment must be received within a three (3) month period from the date of purchase, should you however experience unforeseen difficulties, please contact the store to make further arrangements. Studio 88 accepts cash, debit cards and most credit cards as methods of payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.

What is your return policy?

Studio 88 stores may accept returns within sixty (60) days of purchase. The goods must be in their original shop purchased condition with swing tags attached along with the till slip / debit slip / statement indicating proof of purchase.

What if the item I purchased is has a quality defect?

You may return the defective item within three (3) months of its purchase, along with the till slip to receive full refund.

Can prices change without notice?

Yes, this may occur due to import currency fluctuations in regards replenishment stock, prices are therefore subject to change without prior notice.

What is the quoted currency of your website?

All prices are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and will in most cases differ to that of cross border currencies. Note that due to transport, tax and import costs a direct conversion to that countries currency will not be accurate.

Are all products displayed in the product catalogue available in all Studio 88 stores?

There are exceptions to some product availability and would thus only be available to a limited store grid. It is advisable to contact your most convenient store to enquire in regards the stock availability of the desired item, you would provide the product item code or SKU to the store.

From whom does Studio 88 purchase their products?

Studio 88 purchases the Branded product from the licenced brand holders operating in the Sub-Saharan regions. These licence holders are official distributors and resellers of product to local retail chain stores. Studio 88 is against the practice of selling or the promotion of counterfeit product and strongly urge the public to report such cases to their local SANPS, advise the Brand themselves or to forward such cases to info@studio-88.co.za for further investigation. Don’t forget you can also tag the brand on social media to alert them in such cases.

VACANCIES AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES

How do I go about submitting my CV for possible job vacancies?

If you are interested in joining our Team please send your CV to hrsupport@studio-88.co.za highlighting the job you are qualified for i.e. Buyer / Planner / Accounts etc.

Are there shop assistant or sales jobs available at the stores?

Should you be looking for a job at a store near you, you are welcome to contact the store directly to enquire availability, please ensure you have a recent CV and references for the process to move forward should there be a position available – you would meet with the store manager, he / she will be able to advise availability and interview you.

I want to model or be a Brand Ambassador for, how do I go about applying?

If you have a portfolio that would entice us to consider you for a photo shoot, please email your .pdf to info@studio-88.co.za and title the email as such.
